We had a great experience and got good service from the staff And bought some beautiful sarees. Highly recommend the collection! ❤️ The staff however has a lot of side conversation in bengali probably thinking that North Indians who come to the shop probably don't understand Bengali - saying things like dekhao dekhao bolbe kichu nebe na is not a positive experience. As a fellow retail business owner myself - I highly discourage this :) else all was great!

It's not easy being a standalone boutique in the present day retail market but they offer so much more than large chains where there is no distinctiveness in design, nor genuine awareness of weaving history and traditional weaving styles unique to the state.
