Q: Do you ship items worldwide?
A:We avail delivery services from the reputed shipping firms mainly from the India Post, Ministry of Communication, Government of India to offer our customers the best service. Shipment of the items ordered is based on their serviceable area.
Q:What Are Your Shipping Charges?
A:The shipping charges are volumetric and depend on the distance as well, which will be stated at the time of check out!
Q:How long will it take you to send My Product?
A:Normally dispatch will be done within 48 hours on Order confirmation.If the value addition is done, then 7 to 10 days for the value addition is required. After that the packing and shipping of the parcel will be done. Expected time of delivery is not known to us, as the parcel will be sent through Indian Postal Services , but approximately 7 days( for India only).
Q:How do I track my order?
A:Before an order is shipped, you can login to the My Account section and view the Order Details to review its status. Once an order is shipped, we intimate the delivery service provider’s name and order tracking number to you. You can visit the delivery service provider’s website to track your order. The tracking code may take 24 business hours to activate on the tracking website.
Q:Can Billing Address and Shipping Address be different?
A:Yes, you can give different addresses according to your convenience.
Q:How safe is my order during transit?
A:We operate with all the renowned logistics companies mainly with India Post, Ministry of Communication, Government of India. The delivery of your items is completely depends on them. Our responsibility is limited up to the handing over the items to the Delivery Service Provider. If any item gets lost or damaged in transit then the compensation will be given according to the policy, terms and conditions of the delivery service provider.
